Our relationship with our leading international law firm client began in the UK in 2009. Our client was looking to supply a scalable and flexible creative service through outsourcing, including overflow research support for all of their international offices outside the US.

Our client’s in-house designers were facing a major challenge in producing creative output for offices in 30 countries with large fluctuations in the workflow.

Offshore support to future-proof workflow

Our solution was to establish a dedicated 15-strong offshore team that worked around the clock to serve different time zones. The team could be scaled up or down to meet demand.

Web-based workflow tools for project tracking

We introduced a web-based workflow tool to help users track projects at every stage of the job cycle, and provide valuable and transparent management information. The successful model was expanded to include information and analytics.

Today, a dedicated resource supports the client’s in-house research team with monthly reviews, company profiles and research projects.
