In part one of a recent industry interview with Briefing Magazine, Helen Starling made the case for why organisations should use the might of their brands to attract and retain the best talent.

She stated, “Firms that know they need to improve in the sphere of employee experience should channel and optimise “customer experience”.

With 2020 set to see four different generations working together in the workplace, each having different working preferences and work styles, organisations need to delivery on their employees’ varying needs.

Helen discussed how organisations can accomplish this through introducing new practices including flexible and virtual working and central support services, and the technology to enable these changes.
